Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to honor your commitment, protect your dedicated space in the class, and ensure the flow of the collective energy exchange. Please review these terms carefully before booking your space in a class or block. • Policy for Class Blocks: Booking a block (such as the 4-Week Yoga Nidra) means you are reserving your sacred spot for the entire duration. This structure supports deep, sustained rest and energetic consistency. The fee for the block covers your enrollment for all four sessions, regardless of whether you attend every class. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class due to personal reasons, no refunds, credit, or transfers will be provided for the missed session. However you will receive the link to the replay to ensure you can practice at home. The block cannot be extended, paused, or transferred to another individual. • Drop-In/Single Class Cancellation: For single-session bookings, we require a minimum notice to respect my time and energy, and to offer the space to someone else seeking flow - More than 24 hours notice: You will receive a full class credit to be used for a future single class booking within 30 days or a refund. - Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit will be issued. • Studio Cancellation (Instructor Cancellation): In the rare event that I must cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your commitment will be fully protected. You will receive a full, prorated refund for the value of the canceled class(es), or you may choose to receive a full credit toward a future offering. A Final Note on Soulful Attendance: We encourage you to view your booking as an essential act of self-honoring. By committing to this time, you prioritize your rest and ensure that your energetic cup stays full. Please check your schedule and energetic alignment carefully before securing your space.
