I'm Mathilde. Nice to meet you. I am a Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and the person who will never ask you to touch your toes. I specialise in Yin, Hatha and Yoga Nidra — the slow, deep, restoring kind of yoga that works on your nervous system, your body, and the quiet parts of you that rarely get any attention.
I teach for the woman who gives everything to everyone and has nothing left for herself. The one who carries pain she's learned to ignore. Who's lost touch with who she is underneath all the roles she plays.
