Service Description

Flow into Stillness is a 60-minute class designed to guide you from mindful movement into deep rest. A Friday lunchtime class blending dynamic Hatha yoga with Yoga Nidra to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and step into the rest of your day feeling grounded and clear. We begin with a gentle yet dynamic Hatha yoga flow to awaken the body, build strength, and release tension through breath-led movement. The practice gradually slows, preparing the nervous system to shift from activity into restoration. The class closes with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation practiced lying dow) often called “yogic sleep.” This deeply relaxing practice allows the body to rest while the mind remains aware, helping to reduce stress, restore energy, and cultivate clarity. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a space to move, unwind, and reconnect before returning to the rest of your day.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-In Class Policy Drop-in spaces are limited and reserved specifically for you once booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the following policy applies: - More than 48 hours before the class: full refund - Between 24 and 48 hours before the class: 50% refund - Less than 24 hours before the class or no-show: no refund If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Mathilde at hello@thesoulfulstudio.co.uk as soon as possible. As Flow into Stillness is currently running as a short series of four classes only (with the possibility of becoming a regular class from May), credits or rescheduled sessions cannot be carried beyond the final class date of 24 April. If the teacher needs to cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.
