Lovely to meet you, my name is Mathilde and I'm here to guide you back to your own inner peace My teaching flows from a deep belief in the transformative power of stillness and intentional connection. My specializations, Yoga Nidra (the practice of deep rest), Yin Yoga (the practice of stillness & flexibility) and Hatha Yoga (the practice of connecting with one's inner strength and resilience), are gentle anchors designed to help you release what no longer serves you. I truly believe these quiet, powerful practices offer us all the healing space to grow and the profound opportunity to align mind, body, and soul with grace. This is where we carve out the calm you crave and cultivate deep inner harmony. Currently, I offer classes exclusively online. This online sanctuary of stillness is available to you wherever you are, allowing you to seamlessly integrate moments of peace into your everyday life.

Beyond the physical practice of yoga, I offer gentle, powerful energy work as a dedicated Reiki Practitioner. Reiki,meaning "universal life force energy," is a beautiful holistic method that promotes deep relaxation and natural self-healing. It works by gently encouraging the flow of energy within your body, releasing areas of stagnation that can manifest as stress, emotional blocks, or physical discomfort. This non-invasive practice supports your emotional well-being, fosters inner peace, and restores a sense of harmony across your mind, body, and soul. For your comfort and convenience, I offer these restorative treatments through Distance Reiki, allowing you to receive its balancing benefits from anywhere in the world.

 

If you are gathering loved ones—be it for a hen do, birthday, celebration, or any special event—I am delighted to bring the gift of mindful presence directly to you. I offer bespoke in-person events throughout Glasgow and Ayrshire.I look forward to connecting with your unique rhythm and welcoming you into our community. Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is the ultimate practice of conscious rest. It's an invitation to pause, lie down, and simply be while guided into a profound state of deep relaxation, hovering between waking and sleeping. This practice offers a powerful opportunity for healing, releasing stress, and accessing your inner wisdom, cultivating a sense of wholeness and deep-seated calm.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a foundational, balanced practice designed to bring harmony to the body and mind. Through both gentle & strong yet purposeful movements (asanas) and mindful breathwork (pranayama), we create stability and ease within mind & body. This practice builds a quiet strength, allowing you to feel more grounded and consciously aligned in your everyday life.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a beautifully slow practice where finding stillness and calm within is the goal. We hold passive postures for extended periods, gently targeting the deeper connective tissues (fascia). It’s a profound practice of surrender, cultivating patience and presence as we release tension, creating more space and fluidity both in the body and in the mind.
