Meet your hosts: Alice & Mathilde
We are two friends and expert wellness practitioners united by a simple belief: that true health starts when we slow down enough to listen.
Mathilde brings the breath, movement & deep relaxation through Yoga & Meditation, focusing on how we can integrate quiet into the chaos of modern life. Alice is an expert in holistic health, dedicated to the art of lympathic massage, integratrive wellbeing.
Together, we created Reset and Flow to give women the tools to support their bodies & mind from the inside out.

This workshop is for you if

You feel sluggish
You feel sluggish, bloated, or "heavy," and your skin or energy levels reflect a system that needs a clear-out with breakouts and a constant feeling of fatigue.
